  • The accounting department is responsible for managing all financial transactions. Accountant takes care of the Purchase & Receivables parts. This department is centralised in our head Offices in Mons (BE).
  • Work from our head office in Mons (Belgium) and be in regular contact with the subsidiaries in Spain and Germany. Travel 2-3 times a year.
  • Good relation with external accounting office, auditors, suppliers, customers, Administration,...
Who are you ?
  • Basic accounting skills are required. Accounting technician qualification, or equivalent degree is preferred.
  • High degree of attention to detail is essential.
  • English is mandatory. Knowledge of Spanish and/or German is a plus.
  • Exact Online/NetSuite knowledge is a plus.
  • Team player and problem solver.
  • Strong communication skills (supplier, fiduciary, auditor, administration relationship).
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Junior or experience in a similar role.
  • Work effectively in collaboration cross-functionally to achieve shared goals and deliver business objectives.
  • Deadline respect.
  • Travel possibilities to the subsidiaries (Spain, UK, US) (minimum 2 time by year) and training in the local country and Belgium.
  • Google Suite & Teamleader app knowledge are plus.
What are your main tasks & responsibilities ?
  • Purchase Invoices (Services & Products Process) booking in Accounting Software.
  • Bank Statements Booking.
  • Salaries Booking (using SD Worx).
  • Mastercard Booking.
  • Monthly Currency update.
  • Analytic Booking.
  • Supplier Management/Creation.
  • Invoice Approval Process.
  • Contact with Suppliers & Accounting Team & External Stakeholders (public control, auditors, banks, administration,..)
  • Contact with Purchase Approvers.
  • Invoicing and factoring.
  • Receivables invoices booking.
  • Customers reminders.
  • Deadline Compliance.
  • Communication with Accounting Director and Country Director.
  • Internal check (Reconciliation Asset, Salaries, AP & AR).
  • Cash Forecast.
