Learn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible.#LI-KS1This Coordinator Product Batch Release (ISO 13485) position is part of the Order Verification & Release department located in Leuven, Belgium and will be onsite. Perform batch review and QA release of ISO 13485/IVD products/other customer product as designated
Act as first point of contact within the team and for other departments
Help organize and prioritize daily work within the department
Troubleshoot (order) issues and monitor incoming requests
Help maintain up-to-date work instructions and improve daily workflows where possible/needed
Follow up on training needs/statuses within the department
The essential requirements of the job include:
Have at least a Bachelor’s degree in a Science related field or equivalent job experience
Have at least 3 years of experience with data entry, batch release and/or quality systems.
Be detailed, critical, punctual, focused and maintain a high level of organization
Have strong cross- and inter-departmental communication skills
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Batch release in an ISO 13485, CE-IVD and/or FDA 21 CFR environment (major advantage)
Mentoring/supervising employees (advantage)
