- Lead and execute SFE projects, including targeting and segmentation
- Coordinate primary market research initiatives, generating valuable insights for successful product positioning and launch strategies
- Collaborate with various teams including marketing, finance and operations to identify areas of improvement and develop data-driven solutions to optimize processes, increase efficiency, and drive profitability
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define business objectives, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of large datasets using statistical and data visualization techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business performance
- Leverage basic front end visualization skills to address data needs and create reporting
- Lead and manage strategic projects from initiation to completion. Ensure effective coordination, timely execution, and successful implementation of initiatives
- Partner with data team colleagues and IT stakeholders to deliver on priorities, ensure alignment and resolve impediments
- Connect with global and regional teams to exchange best practices and collaborate on new projects that could be scaled across the region
- Collaborate with external suppliers: prepare strategic meetings, follow-up contract and budget tracking
- Enhance operational efficiency and optimize performance: from standard operating model to operational excellence.
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in business, Analytics, or a related field
- Proven experience in business analytics, strategy development, and data-driven decision-making
- Strong understanding of Data & Analytics concepts
- Strong analytical and statistical skills with expertise in data analysis tools
- Proven experience in working with cross-functional teams that are based in Belgium or abroad.
- Knowing how to get things done via non-hierarchical influence.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Qlik Sense (Power BI)
- Comfort in manipulating and analyzing complex data from diverse sources
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Solid foundations in data with previous experience operating as an individual contributor with data skills
- Experience in project management and working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in business analytics and strategy
- Fluent in English + French or Dutch
