
Technical Support Engineer

- Provide day-to-day technical support to Field Service Engineers
- Troubleshoot and repair systems and components, including warranty and trial units
- Assist in manufacturing and functional testing of applicators prior to shipment
- Support the design, configuration, and optimization of industrial processes
- Contribute to the development of P&IDs, electrical schematics, user manuals, and installation guides
- Participate in training and development of KAS team members
- Monitor and report competitor activities
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment
- Minimize applicator downtime through effective support
- Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing technical assistance
- Prepare detailed documentation outlining technical solutions and pricing
- Respond to customer and Sales Team inquiries with technical expertise
- Recommend suitable solutions based on customer needs and product capabilities
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CMMS software
- Stay informed about new products, features, and industry trends
- Contribute to the development of new dosing systems and special-purpose applications
- Design and implement quality control procedures and risk assessments
- Conduct and report on quality checks of goods and materials
- Bachelor’s degree in Electro-mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline
- Solid academic background in one or more of the following areas:
- Electro-mechanical systems
- Measurement and control technology
- Processing engineering
- Strong ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and mechanical schematics
- Proven experience in troubleshooting equipment and conducting system-level tests
- Highly organized with a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing complex tasks independently or within a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Practical experience in plant automation or feed mill process technology
- Familiarity with liquid dosing systems and their operational requirements
- Strong analytical thinking and sound decision-making capabilities
