This key position is part of the logistics department and ensures the smooth management of spare parts and technical equipment essential for the proper functioning of operations.Working closely with internal teams, especially after-sales service, as well as suppliers, you will guarantee the availability and optimal flow of parts from ordering to delivery to technicians or clients.Spare Parts and Stock Management:
Collaborate with technicians to accurately identify parts needed for repairs.
Use technical documentation (exploded views, manuals, parts lists) to search and verify references.
Organize the replenishment of technicians' vehicles and prepare shipments for night deliveries.
Monitor orders rigorously with suppliers, ensuring deadlines are met.
Record all stock movements in the ERP and manage associated technical documentation.
Check and validate intervention reports for billing purposes.
Actively participate in periodic inventory operations.
Operational Logistics Support:
Prepare customer packages based on picking lists.
Receive and inspect goods for quantity and quality.
Label, store, and organize products in designated areas while keeping inventory systems updated.
Load and unload vehicles using appropriate handling equipment.
Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment.
Fluent in Dutch (native) and French, with a good understanding of English.
Minimum one year of experience in a similar role, ideally in logistics or stock management.
Technical background or significant experience in electromechanics or industrial technologies.
Valid forklift driving license is a strong advantage.
Good physical condition, able to safely handle heavy loads.
Proficient with IT tools, including MS Office and ERP software for warehouse management.
