Logistics & Operations Manager - Art Sector (M/F/X)

• Daily Coordination: manage scheduling and execution of all logistics, warehouse, and transport activities.
• Team Supervision: lead and support warehouse staff, drivers, packers, and art handlers.
• Quality & Safety: ensure high standards of safety and handling across all operations.
• Workflow Optimization: identify process improvements and track operational performance metrics.
• Inventory & Tools: oversee stock levels, packaging materials, and equipment maintenance.
• HR & Team Development

• Internal teams: logistics planners, operations assistants, art technicians
• External partners: customs brokers, transport companies, service suppliers
• Clients: museums, galleries, private collectors, architects, and interior designers

• Proven experience (5+ years) in operations, logistics, or project management
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Comfortable in fast-moving environments with high-value assets
• Fluent in French and English (Dutch is a strong asset)
• Knowledge or interest in the art world is a definite plus

• A competitive salary between €60,000 and €80,000, depending on experience
