Ensure that products meet the established quality standards and specifications based on the data provided by the QC lab technicians
Monitor and enforce adherence to quality control processes and procedures. Update the procedures when required.
Identify and report any deviations from the quality standards.
Support the QC manager in preparation of and during external quality audits
Provide support and data to the complaint analyis team
Provide technical support for customers, sales managers and product managers
Actively following up the status and changes of product related legislations, standards and certifications in collaboration with other departments
Reports to the QC manager of Cantillana Benelux
Job Qualifications:We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic person with the following competences:
Master of Science in: materials engineering, civil engineering, chemical engineering, chemistry,…
Ideally a minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality or research position
Affinity with the construction sector is a plus
Knowledge of Dutch and French (verbal and written)
Knowledge of English is an advantage
You show a sense of responsibility and have a hands-on mentality
You have good organizational skills
You are motivated to continuously expand your knowledge and are aware of new trends and technologies within the construction sector
