Position descriptionJob titleManager/Sr. Advisor: Procurement & Supply ChainFunctionAdvisory - ManagerRoles & ResponsibilitiesAs our team continues to expand, we are looking for a Manager/ Sr. Advisor within the Procurement & Supply Chain Team to strengthen our growing and enthusiastic team.Key activities of the team include:
  • Analyze the client's supply chain to identify current inefficiencies, challenges, and opportunities for improvement
  • Evaluate and assess the client's current operating model to define and recommend a target operating model that aligns with their business goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement supply chain planning software solutions, processes, and methodologies to improve overall performance and drive cost-efficiency
  • Advise clients on Supply Chain planning processes (S&OE, S&OP, IBP) and recommend improvements as per industry standards
  • Advise clients on best practices, change management, and project management during digital transformation initiatives
  • Build strong client relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and results
  • Prepare and conduct workshops, training sessions, presentations, and other educational materials.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in supply chain planning and advise clients accordingly.
Type of projects:
  • Implementation of Supply Chain planning processes
  • Implementation of Supply Chain planning tools
  • Implementation of Supply Chain Collaboration & Control Towers for end-to-end Supply Chain transparency
Primary tasks (can) include (depending on projects):
  • Maturity assessment of current operating models
  • Design of target operating models
  • Analysis of received documentation such as data, policies and process flows
  • Leading design and implementation workshops with clients
  • Defining client and system documentation
  • Preparation and support during testing cycles
Your role will be highly varied and involves working in a supportive, young and dynamic team. The range of clients, and the projects you could work on, offers continuous challenge and a constantly shifting workload.You'll be in regular contact with clients, requiring travel to lots of client sites on a national and sometimes international basis.#SupplyChainAndProcurement

  • Master's degree preferred in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Supply Chain Consulting with demonstrated expertise in Supply Chain planning processes (S&OE, S&OP, IBP).
  • Experience with delivering supply chain digital transformation programs.
  • Knowledge of supply chain planning software such as SAP S/4 HANA, OMP, E2open, O9, Oracle, Anaplan, Kinaxis etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver results within tight deadlines.
