As Customer Service OTC you will have following responsibilities:
  • you are responsible for the Orders in SAP
  • you handle the entire process from Order to Cash
  • you handle complex situations and are in frequent contact with sales, logistics and finance teams
  • you are the central point of contact for your clients
  • you are responsible for the German regions

  • You speak fluent German and English (or German and French)
  • You have proven experience in Customer Service

  • You have knowledge of SAP
Our client is an international actor in the chemical industry.They are looking for a Customer Service OTC for the German speaking regions.The job is Brussels based but you can work from home 2 days/week.
