- Customer Engagement Management:
- Act as a Trusted Advisor to Key or Strategic customers
- Responsible for all PLM delivery activities with specific customers (including both PLM project and support work)
- Set-up and manage Governance processes with customers
- Participate in customer projects as programme or project manager and/or senior consultant/advisor
- Manage customer engagement budgets and be responsible for the account P&L
- Offering Development:
- In charge of developing the Project, Quality and Risk management framework to support Processia's offerings with a customer
- In charge of aligning Processia's practices with Dassault Systèmes Value Engagement model on customer projects
- In charge of ensuring the Project Managers and PMO community are enabled and proficient for delivery at a customer
- Support Marketing on external communication about Processia's Projects and Practices
- Participation to Bid and Solutioning:
- Analysis of RFQ / RFP from customers
- Active participation in the definition and description of the proposed solution in line with Geo and Offshore technical teams
- Act as Bid Manager
- Manage proposal risks and mitigations
- Ensure right level of quality and added value in solutions proposed to the customers.
- Ensure alignment between proposals to customers with Processia's quality framework
- Project Setup and Audit:
- Help customer project teams in setting up the right methods and tools in line with Processia's Project Management and Quality best practices
- Coach and support Project Managers during projects
- Support the usage of tools to manage projects with right level of quality, consistency and efficiency
- Help Project Managers in auditing their project and building list of recommendations / action plans to improve project team efficiency and added value to customers
- Participate to the governance of projects
- Assist Project managers and Ops teams in having the right project reporting
- Capitalization and Lessons Learnt:
- Assist Project teams and project managers in capitalizing new methods from Customer projects
- Help Project teams and project managers in lessons learnt exercises at the end of main phases or at project closure
- Compile typical project sizing, contingency estimations and real figures to build Processia abacus and better sizing methods
- Market and technology watch:
- Understand trends in PLM capabilities and assess how these will affect customers
- Propose initiatives and projects to extend customer PLM capabilities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering, software engineering or other equivalent training
- Extensive experience in software/PLM implementation as a Project or Programme Manager
- PMP certification or recognized academic background in project management
- Experience in managing large accounts and fixed-price engagements.
