Ensure accurate data entry and order processing in the system (using SAP).
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Prepare and update customer service reports and documentation.
Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and communication.
Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.
