We are looking for?APICBASE is a rapidly growing startup. In recent years we have built up an impressive portfolio of top clients and restaurants from more than 15 countries. With our software, we help our customers to get their entire food management under control: allergens, food cost, nutritional values and standardized food photos are our dada. For this purpose we developed a special photo studio, which helps food developers to take high quality photos without any knowledge of photography. We have grown entirely on the basis of a customer-friendly attitude and a will-to-please towards our customers. To maintain our high 'customer success' and expand our software we are looking for a Customer Success Manager (m/f).What will you be doing?As a true advisor and coach for our customers you quickly notice if there are any issues and now how you can contribute to the solution;You are the first point of contact for our customersHigh level of customer engagement with focus on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty is self-evident for you;When our customers tell you that there is an issue with their software, you will do everything possible to support them and provide the necessary explanation/solution;Who are you?You love interacting with customers and growing their business;You have experience in a similar position and/or have worked directly with customers;You make contact easily and you communicate like your life depends on it;You can explain things well and clearly in an understandable way;You think creatively and out-of-the-box to solve problems;You are analytically strong and can clearly formulate conclusions and recommendations;You speak good Dutch, English. Preferably you can also speak a little French!You have a natural interest for innovative products and you believe in technology. You are a believer in big data, cloud, internet of things, ...
