The Business Performance Analyst is responsible for producing P&L and Sales information for the Benelux region through strong data & business performances analyzes, which will support the decision making.Business Performance Analyst - BrusselsAs the Business Performance Analyst, you report directly to the General Manager and work in close relationship with the Sales, Marketing & Finance teams.You are responsible for producing Sales and P&L information and dashboard for the Benelux region.Through your analyzes on the business performance and stock management, you support the decision making.Your main tasks consist in :
Collecting & managing the various Sales data from the different sources & systems
Reflecting & consolidate those numbers in dashboards (weekly, monthly & yearly) with an analysis by product and market
Providing variances analyzes between the actual and budgeted numbers
Managing the sell-in & sell-out stocks (between company & distributor) for optimizing the products sold
Providing the monthly inventory balance & analyzing its variances
Participating to the budgets & plans at 3 years
Acting as a partner to the different departments (Sales, Marketing and Finance) and providing recommendations based on the business performances analyzes
Acting as the lead for process improvements and implementation of new tools.

Master's degree in Business Administration / Management / Finance
Having around 3-5 years of experience as an External Auditor or a Sales Analyst
Being fluent in French & English or Dutch & English
Being analytical & curious
Showing good communication and business partnering skills
IT oriented & capable to work with multiple data
Good knowledge of Excel
Willing to grow
