:PM Group are seeking an experienced CSA Package Owner / Lead to join our major pharmaceutical construction project in Belgium. This is a high-profile opportunity to lead the civil, structural, and architectural aspects of a pharma manufacturing facility for a leading global pharmaceutical company.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all CSA disciplines throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring delivery to the highest standards while maintaining compliance with stringent pharmaceutical industry requirements and Belgian regulatory standards.PM Group is an employee owned, international project delivery firm. Direct all civil, structural, and architectural design activities from concept through to commissioning
Lead multidisciplinary CSA teams including architects, structural engineers, and civil engineers
Interface with client representatives, regulatory bodies, and local authorities
Ensure all deliverables meet pharma industry standards (GMP, FDA, EMA requirements)
Identify and mitigate technical risks across CSA disciplines
Manage CSA budget allocation and cost control measures
Deliver CSA milestones in line with overall project timeline
:
Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline
Minimum 10+ years in senior CSA roles on major construction projects
Proven experience in pharmaceutical/biotech facility construction
Understanding of local building codes, regulations, and planning requirements
Fluent English essential; Dutch/French advantageous
Demonstrated experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams
Chartered Engineer status desirable
Previous experience with cleanroom and controlled environment design advantageous
Knowledge of EU GMP guidelines and pharmaceutical validation processes
Experience with Design & Build or EPCM project delivery models advantageous
