TasksAs Quality & Procedures Coord., responsible for A/C & ramp handling, you ensure that Ops procedures are:
  • Up-to-date & compliant with industry standards
  • Clearly documented & effectively communicated
  • Well implemented through collaboration & training
  • Continuously improved through quality & safety follow-up
  • Maintain and update operational procedures and manuals (Aircraft; Cargo; and Internal Procedures Manual & subdocuments)
  • Coordinate production and updates of operational documents within the Quality & Procedures team
  • Communicate procedures to internal teams and external partners
  • Represent Brussels Airlines in LHG working groups
  • Monitor quality and safety performance, follow up incidents, and implement improvements
  • Contribute to and support operational training within your area of expertise
  • Collaborate across departments to enhance processes and ensure compliance

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience
  • Minimum 5 years operational experience in Ground Operations
  • Strong knowledge of Altea CM/FM, ICAO/IATA regulations
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), Dutch and/or French is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Analytical, organized, communicative and a team player
