We're looking for a dedicated team member to join our Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory (CMAAS) team, aiding in clarifying financial reporting complexities and guiding businesses during key moments of change, ensuring consistent compliance, transparency, and a strategic edge in an ever-evolving market landscape.We're actively looking for an IFRS & Capital Markets Manager to strengthen our CMAAS team.Your ImpactStepping into a leadership role within our department, you will:Provide strategic, technical and operational advice, including digital solutions, as well as hands-on support in transactions (acquisitions, divestitures), IPOs, debt offerings, accounting change projects (IFRS, US GAAP, IPSAS, etc.) and other modern and sustainable solutions in accounting, financial and non-financial reporting.Join a leading and dynamic expert team, always investing in innovative and relevant solutions for our prestigious international and Belgian clients.Participate in business development initiatives.Work under the supervision of several senior managers/directors, coach more junior team members and progressively build up your skills and client relationships at their full satisfaction.Work in a team with PwC colleagues of other departments (valuation, transactions, tax and legal, actuaries, etc.) to offer our clients integrated solutions that are relevant to their needs.Build a very enriching and rewarding career path.Have the opportunity to travel and work on international engagements and collaborate with colleagues abroad too.About YouA master's degree in (Applied) Economics, Finance, Law, or a comparable domain.5-8 years of experience in accounting (or auditing), with a deep understanding of Belgian GAAP, IFRS, or capital markets.Strong people and communication skills; an analytical and critical mindset; excellent project management, planning and organisational skills.A team player attitude, like to take initiatives and you are eager to learn.Proficiency in either Dutch or French, in addition to English, is required.Life at PwC BelgiumOur culture and workplace are something we’re proud of.
