- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management or related role.
- Strong experience with data management and governance, including metadata management, data quality management, master data management, data lineage, and other related areas.
- Strong understanding of data architecture patterns, standards, and best practices.
- Experience with data solutions and technologies such as Collibra, Informatica, DataHub, Apache Atlas, or similar is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- General knowledge of cloud native computing, public hyperscalers (Azure, AWS and/or GCP) is a plus
- Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks such as DMBOK, TOGAFand/or Zachman frameworks is a plus
- Develop and maintain the high-level design of the data landscape, data management components, data platform, and reporting and analytical components.
- Develop and maintain data architecture standards, policies, and best practices.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure seamless communication between various systems, applications, and data sources.
- Develop and maintain data management and governance standards, policies, and best practices, including metadata management, data quality management, master data management, data lineage, and other related areas.
- Conduct technical assessments and evaluations to identify data management and governance requirements and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain data management and governance design documentation and technical specifications.
