- Manage an HR Generalist for Recruitment, HR KPI, HR admin, relations with the Payroll provider
- Take the lead of specific and complex topic as for instance Employer Branding / Career Development / Training & Internal Communication/ Compensation and benefits
- Advise and coach peers, managers and employees on all HR related issues and questions and more particularly on :
- Organizational design : act as a consultant on optimization of workforce on site/operations related projects
- Performance management: give guidance on disciplinary and legal cases providing the legislative perspective, ensure that critical cases are identified and properly managed
- Recruitment and termination : help and support recruitment strategy and process, difficult face to face relationships (i.e.: resignation, termination, disciplinary cases)
- Lead actively talent acquisition initiatives (employer image to enhance, recruitment plans to be set up and delivered, integration programs to be extended), in order to contribute efficiently to the planed headcount increases
- Lead development and career management initiatives incl. managerial development, soft skills programs, internal training systems, talents programs etc.
- Lead compensation and benefits area/ programs/ tools etc. to support talent acquisition and company performance
- Lead day to day activities dedicated to HR matters (absenteeism follow up, social climate study…)
- Lead the local HR policy or HR local project (mobilization, employee involvement, innovation awards or transversal project launched by the HR Group Team)
- Drive cooperative relations with trade unions incl. annual collective bargaining and deployment of salary increase policy through the respect of legal regulations & laws and the continuation of a constructive social climate on site (and through the respect of the company compensation policy)
- Support the implementation at a local level of agreements, policies and tools set up at corporate level
- Act as an advisor for the Site management team including Managing director on the HR matters
- Experience more than 10 years in HR with at least one as manager
- Experience in several domain of HR (Payroll or Labor relations, or recruitment or People development, training)
- Able to drive the function with key indicator
- Able to build and lead an HR strategy
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and team work
- French speaker / English fluent
- Experience in Automotive and/or aerospace industry experience, nice to have
- Good knowledge social law and Unions management
- Already exposed in company turnaround with change management
- Experience in an international company with matrix's organizations and headquarter/plant relation
