Your efforts will directly improve our business development processes across products and services in your assigned territory.Your Responsibilities:
- Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), support in preparing presentations, and monitor sales leads and responses.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and campaigns to capitalize on market opportunities.
- Prepare and manage monthly/annual budgets and reports to meet or exceed performance goals.
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with key customer contacts to create long-term value.
- Identify opportunities for value creation and collaborate with sales and operations to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Lead cross-selling efforts across services and departments to grow revenue.
- Organize regular meetings with clients and internal stakeholders to assess performance and align on future plans.
- Provide marketing support and industry knowledge across the organization.
- Proactively manage the shipping and collection process to ensure timely execution.
- Consistently exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain Management preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, charismatic, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and relevant digital tools.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Able to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to changing conditions.
