MissionWith a commitment to innovation and excellence, we are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as the Head of Project Management for the RadioPharma Solutions division.As the Head of Project Management, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of project managers to ensure the successful execution of projects within the division. This position demands a strategic thinker with proven experience in team management and international project execution. You will report to the director of the Business Unit.The job is based in Belgium.Challenges we trust you withTeam Leadership: Manage and lead a team of project managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Project Oversight: Ensure the timely and cost-effective progress of various projects, maintaining a focus on resources and quality delivery.Network Development: Build and nurture internal networks to facilitate the smooth progression of projects undertaken by your team.Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee projects from the pre-contract phase to the final installation stage.What we valueLeadership Experience: Proven track record in successfully managing and leading project management teams (at least 8 years)International Project Management: Extensive experience in overseeing international projects (at least 8 years). We are looking for someone with an experience in operational projects, not operational excellence, change management project,...Industry Background: Background in the medical sector or industries involving several millions of sales (from 2 to 15 millions), or building adaptation projects or a duration of the project of more than 2 years.Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and meeting or exceeding quality standards.Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and clients.Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in both French and English are essential.You are willing to travel 2-3 times a year.Life at IBADiversity is fundamental to our culture.
