We are looking for a Database Support Engineer.Due to our strong growth and ambitions, we are looking for an ICT Support Engineer.An important part of this position consists of processing support tickets combined with more general IT support. Some of your duties include:You provide support for end user problems via the IT ticketing system (JIRA).You take responsibility for the support backlog and timely resolution of issues.You set up file transfers, data cleaning scripts and data conversion scripts.You write queries to export data from the database.You work with Product Team members to devise solutions to recurring issues.You create reports.Profile Description:You have a good knowledge of SQL.You are analytical and easily find the root cause of a problem.You take responsibility to solve issues from A-Z.You learn quickly.You have an eye for accuracy and put the quality of your work first.You are curious, enjoy working in a team and like to share your knowledge.You have a good command of both Dutch and English.You work as a freelancer and are available for at least 6 months.You can come to the office in Antwerp at least 1 day a week.What's in it for you?About Blink ChargingBlink has a long history as a pioneer in the EV industry and continues to be the preferred partner in EV Charging Station technology in the US.
