Context of the opportunityTo strengthen its Corporate HR team, John Cockerill Group is looking for an experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager.Nature & scopeAs a Compensation and Benefits Manager with responsibility for international mobility within a global organization, you will play a key role in the design, implementation and management of compensation and benefits programs for our employees worldwide. Your expertise in compensation and benefits will be complemented by your in-depth knowledge of international mobility issues, enabling you to provide competitive and equitable solutions for our global talent.Main responsibilitiesCompensation and benefits (50%)
  • Assist the Head of Corporate Reward in all activities related to the management of the Group's reward policy and John Cockerill Group benefits, in alignment with the new strategy, corporate culture and HR 2.0 market developments.
  • Manage all issues related to the C&B department within the organization: annual salary review process, benchmarkings, job classifications, review of insurance plans and other benefits, performance process management...
  • Align and integrate the various reward systems with the local tax systems of the countries concerned.
  • Propose optimizations that make John Cockerill a competitive employer on the market and meet the company's profitability requirements.
  • Train the HR community and make managers aware of compensation-related issues.
  • Actively monitor Hard HR areas in order to develop innovative policies for talent.
International mobility (50%)
  • Management of international mobility operations:
  • Develop and implement consistent procedures and policies to ensure effective management of international mobility, and ensure that they are respected by internal users.
  • Ensure that international mobility operations comply with local and international regulations, and carry out a legal watch.
  • Supervise, coordinate and arbitrate if necessary processes and activities related to international mobility.
  • Manage external service providers:
  • Act as the main point of contact with external service providers such as international mobility consultancies, immigration lawyers, removal service providers, etc.
  • Select, supervise and evaluate external providers and ensure their compliance with quality standards and corporate objectives.
  • Front-line advice:
  • Provide advice and guidance to internal stakeholders (human resources), on issues related to international mobility.
Profile
  • University degree in a relevant discipline such as human resources, international management, or law.
  • Significant professional experience in the field of international mobility.
  • Excellent knowledge of international mobility regulations, procedures and policies.
  • Ability to manage external service providers, negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with them.
  • Strong communication skills to provide clear and concise advice to internal stakeholders of different hierarchical levels and cultures.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, ability to make informed decisions and effectively manage complex situations.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in French AND English
  • Mastering MS Office suite, Excel is mandatory
