B2B Business Development & Customer Experience Specialist Are you a driven professional with a talent for building relationships and growing business in the healthcare and MedTech sectors? We are seeking a dynamic B2B Business Development & Customer Experience Specialist to join an international leader in innovative healthcare solutions. In this role, you will focus 80% of your time on sales and business growth in key segments such as local kit manufacturers and medical technology companies, and 20% on enhancing customer experience. You will be part of a forward-thinking, collaborative team where your ideas and results will directly contribute to the company's success. Your responsibilities include: Business Development (80%): Prospect and source new clients through calls, emails, and on-site visits Understand customer needs and match them with tailored solutions Build and maintain a strong network in your territory Conduct product demos and prepare quotes and renewals Expand the customer base while supporting strategic regional objectives Customer Experience (20%): Act as first point of contact for customer queries Manage orders, contracts, and pricing agreements Handle issues proactively, liaising with internal teams Maintain accurate databases and track key customer experience indicators About you: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales or healthcare Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or customer service Fluent in Dutch and English; French is an asset Skilled in Microsoft Office tools Strong communication and networking abilities, with a customer-focused mindset Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and eager to grow in a commercial role What's in it for you?You will join a supportive environment that values personal growth, offers a diverse range of responsibilities, and gives you the chance to make an impact in the healthcare industry.
