Job Purpose:The Content Manager is in lead for developing customer-oriented marketing and disease awareness campaigns for our priority brands & disease areas. The Content Manager is a key member of the XF Brand Team & works closely with the cross functional brand team (Marketing – Sales – Medical Affairs) to co-develop high-quality content that aligns with the business objectives, customer needs and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, edit, and review scientific content for marketing materials and disease awareness campaigns, such as detail aid, brochures, websites, videos, and social media posts. This includes finding creative ways to increase effectiveness of message and create a great customer experience.
  • Collaborate closely with the Brand/Launch Lead to ensure the smooth implementation of campaigns aligned with the strategic brand plan
  • Collaborate with the whole XF team (including sales representatives & customer experience managers) to ensure campaigns & related user journeys are fitting customer needs
  • Collaborate with other departments, incl. Pharmaceutical Governance, Compliance and Legal, to ensure that all content are in line with applicable requirements and guidelines
  • Ensure all content is written in a clear, concise, and engaging manner that is appropriate for the target audience
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on business objectives and timelines
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in communication and marketing trends to ensure that all content is relevant and impactful
  • Ensure strong knowledge of global marketing campaigns & identify opportunities for localization
  • Work closely with the GSK Content HUB and external media agencies for the creation of promotional materials and localising global campaigns
  • Track usage & impact of promotional campaigns & user journeys
  • When relevant, integrate external stakeholders in the campaign creation process.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific and/or marketing discipline
  • Active knowledge of French, Dutch, and English
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write and edit promotional materials in a clear, concise, and engaging manner
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on business objectives and timelines
Preferred Qualifications:If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control, with the ability to review and edit scientific content to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Great can-do attitude, eager to learn in a dynamic environment, hands-on to achieve the expected deadlines
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and other digital marketing tools is a plus
  • Experience in promotional material creation with an interest in marketing and disease awareness is not required but is a plus.
  • Experience in the pharma industry is a plus
  • Team player with strong ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
