
HR and Payroll Officer

- You manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring compliance and timely execution;
- You maintain accurate employee records across HR systems, including HRIS and payroll platforms;
- You administer benefits, pensions, leave, and statutory reporting requirements;
- You reconcile payroll data, generate reports, and collaborate with the Finance team when necessary;
- You act as a key point of contact within the HR team and assist in critically reviewing processes to identify opportunities for improvement;
- You support managers and employees as a trusted HR partner;
- You assist the HR team with daily operations, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and drafting employment contracts;
- You ensure HR policies and procedures align with legal standards;
- You provide advisory support to the HR team by preparing dashboards, reports, and insights to facilitate decision-making.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in payroll and HR administration;
- You possess strong knowledge of payroll systems, employment law, and HR best practices;
- You are organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in tools like MS Excel and HRIS platforms (knowledge of eblox, Workday, or Protime is a plus);
- You are an effective communicator and can build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization;
- You bring discretion, integrity, and accountability to your HR practices;
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.
