Someone with a “can-do mentality”, passionate about technology, technically & digitally knowledgeable and that is looking to have fun.By joining our team, you will● Analyse product requirements and specifications● Build an adequate test plan based on risk assessment and time constraints● Create and execute automated tests via third-party tools or via internal test tools● Review & report product defects, product usability, automated test results, and quality risks in a clear structured way● Assure the follow-up of the product defects workflow and verify the product defect solutions● Plan, track and report daily work and assigned tasks to your direct team managerYour Experience● Bachelor degree in ICT, Computer Science or equivalent in experience● +2 years of experience in quality assurance or application testing● Technical skills: database, scripting using TypeScript or any other programming languages such as Javascript, Java, C#, etc.● Knowledge of software testing and automation tools (Jest, Cypress, Playwright)● ISTQB and/or Agile/Scrum certification is a strong asset● You are fluent in EnglishAbout you● You are stimulated by a fast-paced start-up environment, with a lot of changes, an informal culture and a good mix of challenges and fun● You are pragmatic, show a “can-do” attitude, and are focused on business results● You are smart, curious, able to quickly learn and adapt● You are a natural team player, ready to collaborate on transversal projects and to build positive relationships with your colleaguesBy joining our dynamic and ambitious team, we offer:· A flexible work environment: up to three days remote per week and the ability to work from anywhere one month per year· 28 vacation days (8 extra days on top of the 20 legal days)· A nice working space in a great location in Brussels: Qover-dedicated space at WeWork (Rue du Commerce 31) with a large terrace to enjoy team events· A positive company culture that values teamwork and taking initiative but also having fun, with regular social events· A collaborative and communal environment where everyone is welcomed, valued, and accepted regardless of their nationality, gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, philosophical or political views, etc.· The chance to work among entrepreneurial people, giving you the opportunity to learn and have a real impact at one of Europe's fastest-growing insurtechs.
