We’re not just a service; we’re a vital partner in our customers’ success.Your role in a nutshell:Maintain and optimize CRM data (HubSpot) to ensure accuracy and usability for reporting and forecasting.Support the smooth execution of the sales process from lead to close.Document workflows and keep sales collateral (templates, playbooks, scripts) up to date.Build and maintain dashboards and reports on pipeline health, conversion rates, deal velocity, and other KPIs.Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.Support the forecasting process with accurate and timely data inputs.Lead Qualification (20% of time)Review inbound and marketing-generated leads for fit against ICP criteria.Qualify leads from campaigns, events, and referrals.Pass on only high-quality leads to the sales team, ensuring a smooth handover.Maintain and improve the sales tech stack (CRM, analytics tools, CPQ, contract management).Requirements?Language Skills: Fluent in English, with proficiency in Dutch, German, French, or Swedish as a strong advantage.Tech-Savvy Enthusiast: Passionate about new technologyAdaptable Learner: Open to continuous learning and development, thriving under pressure and eager for personal and professional growth.1–3+ years’ experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Analysis, or related roles in a B2B SaaS environment.Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce) and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.An analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insightsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.What do we offer?A Path to Success!Empowering Environment: A dynamic role in a successful, growing scale-up, surrounded by a passionate and supportive team.Career Development: Ample opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.Rewarding Experience: A competitive salary with growth potential, extra benefitsA role with direct impact on revenue generation and team efficiency.Exposure to all areas of the sales process in a scaling SaaS environment.
