- Manage and categorize incoming safety reports, ensuring timely follow-up and effective mitigation
- Lead internal investigations and interviews after incidents involving maintenance personnel
- Conduct audits and support compliance with SAFA, BAC, CAMO, BCAA requirements
- Contribute to the development of the Safety Management System (SMS) and promote a strong safety culture
- Deliver SMS and Health & Safety training and support team competence assessments
- Act as a trusted contact within M&E, represent the team in safety boards, and provide backup for Part-145 audits
- high school diploma or 3+ years of experience in a Part 145 environment
- Knowledge of auditing principles and Safety Management Systems (SMS)
- Familiarity with CAMO and Part 145 functions
- Experience with audits, investigations, and technical report writing
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance culture
- Familiar with aviation regulations and risk assessment methodologies
- Ability to define and implement corrective actions
- Proficient in English (spoken and written); Dutch and/or French is a plus
- High integrity, discretion, and approachable attitude
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and work independently or in a team
- Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic, safety-critical environment
