Our Operations department is currently looking for an Operations Planning Officer.
As Operations Planning Officer you will be responsible for the daily and weekly operations planning, optimizing the TAT and maintaining the actual standards. You will also follow up on the planning execution and making adjustments in order to achieve the OTD and TAT targets and develop performance standards for our maintenance activities.Your role:
  • Plan the workshop activities, in line with the priorities discussed with the Operations Manager, Completion Manager and the Accounts department in order to minimize the TAT.
  • Communicate the planning towards the Shift Managers and the Team Leaders.
  • Follow up on the planning execution and give feedback to the Operation Manager, Shifts Managers and Team Leaders in order to be able to achieve the targets.
  • Escalate the main problems to the Operations Manager. If necessary, participate in group planning meetings.
  • Reporting of daily operational performance towards the Operations Process Manager and the Shifts Managers.
  • Prioritize in consultation with the Operations Process Manager.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects.
