FunctieMain Responsibilities:As SAP Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our SAP S4HANA environment. You will lead cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure that the ERP system supports business objectives, manages data accurately, and integrates effectively with business processes.
  • ERP Governance: Develop a robust governance framework in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Master Data Management: Ensure data consistency and quality across modules such as FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, QM, PM.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify optimization opportunities and lead improvement initiatives.
  • Training & Support: Implement training programs and effective user support.
  • Document Management: Centralize and secure SAP documentation.
  • Security & Compliance: Manage access, authorizations, and audits.
  • Project Management: Lead SAP-related projects (upgrades, new modules, etc.).
  • Reporting & Analytics: Use SAP tools to generate relevant reports.
ProfielProfile Sought:
  • Master's degree or equivalent experience in IT, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing SAP systems (ideally S4HANA), including master data management and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in French and English.
