  • Manage calendars and coordinate schedules;
  • Organise travel arrangements and handle expense reporting;
  • Ensure proactive follow-up with Partners on action items from internal meetings;
  • Prepare and format documents using Microsoft Office tools;
  • Create presentations and agendas; take minutes during management and team meetings;
  • Oversee front office operations: manage incoming calls, welcome visitors, receive deliveries, and maintain a tidy, professional office environment;
  • Support team logistics for in-person meetings, including room setup, catering orders, and restaurant bookings;
  • Maintain and update contact information in the CRM system;
  • Provide general administrative support across the team;
  • Arrange travel for other team members as needed.

  • Fluent communicator in both English and French;
  • Brings energy, adaptability, and a strong sense of initiative to team environments;
  • Demonstrates strong organisational skills with a sharp eye for detail;
  • Maintains composure and professionalism in fast-paced settings;
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office tools for daily operational needs;
  • Proven track record in supporting teams and managing office operations, with at least 3-5 years of experience.
