- Consolidate and verify HR data required for payroll in each relevant country.
- Coordinate with local payroll providers to ensure deadlines are met and legal compliance is maintained.
- Check the accuracy of salary, bonus, and benefit calculations in line with local regulations.
- Act as a key contact between local HR teams, managers, and external vendors.
- Update and harmonize internal procedures related to international payroll.
- Contribute to the optimisation of tools and processes for efficient cross-border payroll management.
- Proven experience in payroll management or coordination, ideally in a multi-country environment.
- Strong command of office tools and HRIS systems.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to meet strict deadlines.
- Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (other languages are a plus).
