About the RoleAs a Senior Project Support Officer, you'll be an integral part of our Agile organization, specifically within the Digital Working Tribe. Our mission is to empower end-users with the essential digital tools (hardware and software) they need to work and collaborate effectively. We're committed to ensuring user satisfaction by providing top-notch technical and functional support, both on-site and remotely.Your primary focus in the coming months will be to manage the onboarding of various entities into our IT ecosystem and end-user support services across Belgium and the Netherlands.Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders to define project goals, including priorities, budget, and scope.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and break down complex tasks into manageable steps.
  • Initiate and coordinate project activities, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Monitor project progress, meticulously tracking deadlines and budget adherence.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues to keep projects on track.
  • Provide clear and timely reports to line management and stakeholders.
  • Leverage your expertise to identify areas for improvement and automation, enhancing efficiency and throughput.
What You'll BringExperience & Knowledge
  • At least 5 years of experience in a large IT environment is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in project coordination is mandatory.
  • Strong organizational insights and familiarity with various IT systems are mandatory.
  • Affinity with and knowledge of end-user tools (hardware and software) is preferable.
  • Experience with Service Management Tools (e.g., Service Now) and Asset Management Databases (CMDB) is preferable.
  • Automation skills (e.g., Power Platform) are preferable.
  • Experience in a support environment (helpdesk, field support) and associated processes is preferable.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent by experience.
  • Languages: Sound working knowledge of English, French, and Dutch.
Work Environment
  • Hybrid Work Model: Enjoy a 50% on-site and 50% homeworking split.
  • Travel: Occasional travel to the Netherlands or Paris (approximately 4 times a year) may be required.
