We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join our data & insights team. Your primary responsibility will be to support business stakeholders with clear and actionable insights using Metabase. You'll play a key role in helping our teams make smarter decisions based on real data.What You’ll Do
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports in Metabase
- Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to provide insights and performance tracking
- Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and platform trends
- Assist in A/B testing and experiment evaluation
- Ensure data quality and help optimize internal reporting processes
- A degree in a relevant field (e.g. statistics, computer science, economics, or related)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Metabase (personal projects or internships are welcome)
- Good knowledge of SQL
- Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and grow within a data-driven environment
- Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a plus
- Must be based in Belgium and able to work in our office in Grimbergen
