Our client is looking for an HR Process Analyst to join its team located in Brussels.As an HR Process Analyst, your main responsibilities are:
  • Design and implement simple and clear processes, where everyone knows their role.
  • Look for ways to improve process efficiency, taking into account the impact on the applications used and on HR data.
  • Define, analyze and find ways to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of HR processes.
  • Regularly evaluate existing KPIs and suggest adjustments to ensure they remain relevant and aligned with business objectives.
  • Support the Process Owner during internal audits and contribute to the implementation of resulting recommendations.
  • Document processes and changes, and ensure that all documents and relevant information are kept up to date and accessible, enabling teams to apply processes consistently across the board.

  • Master's degree
  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in process management or process modeling.
  • Experience in HR process management or concrete experience with HR Topics is mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluency in French and Dutch.
  • Experience with tools and methodologies related to process management, such as Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN, Value Stream Mapping, RASCI for example.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Team Player mindset
