Communication is informal, and your colleagues are only a short call away.Your ImpactAs the Data & Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of data management, analysis, and reporting within our organization. You will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making, optimizing product performance, and enhancing customer satisfaction while also leading data marketing and analytics initiatives. "The ideal candidate will have strong data analytics experience, a knack for finding solutions in sprawling data sets and a deep understanding of SaaS metrics, as well as the entrepreneurial spirit to turn insights into strategic opportunities and a passion for leveraging data to unlock business value for our company."Key Responsibilities1. Data Management and Analysis
  • Develop and implement data strategies to support the company's business objectives and drive growth.
  • Ensure data availability, accuracy and consistency across our internal applications landscape as well as data quality and security.
  • Develop a robust analytics framework and ensure to have one “single source of truth” for our company data analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) as well as consolidated financials and operations reports for all our company regions and product lines.
  • Develop the corresponding reports, dashboards and visualizations
  • Own, improve and implement our data management policy with related processes, tools and best practices within the company
2. Team Leadership and Development
  • Lead a team of data analysts and engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
  • Ensure the team development so they can stay up to date in their areas of expertise.
  • Work closely with our company CISO
About YOU
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer sciences, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • +3 years of work experience in a data-driven working environment.
  • Deep understanding of financial, sales and digital marketing data and metrics
  • Knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem, including data collection, campaign management, advanced segmentation, performance tracking, dashboarding, strategic attribution, marketing mix modeling, etc.
  • Experience with data warehouse and financial reporting
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and business models, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Knowledge in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages commonly used for data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English with proficiency in French
