- You are accountable for the successful delivery of your team
- You own all planning aspects of the team and the product(s) entrusted to that team

- You act as first point of contact for all questions regarding the progress of products under your care (both internal & external)
- Help the team ship working software, for example by removing impediments, getting timely decisions, managing risks
- Together with the other teams in the tribe you agree on an agile way of working
- You can guide groups in challenging contexts
- When facilitating, you're able to keep sessions focussed and ensure they accomplish their goals.
- You make sure the team regularly pauses to reflect on how it's working and help them find ways to improve how they work together and how they interact with the client and other teams.
- You build psychological safety, by inspiring trust in your team and in the stakeholders of the products under your care
- You manage the performance of your up team members by setting goals,motivating them, protecting them and if necessary, addressing them
- You spot, nurture and grow individual talents

- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience within a software development environment
- Background in delivery with a strong interest in product development
- Deep affinity with and passion for software development

- You are looking for a permanent position on our payroll.
