You are a strategic yet hands-on Solution or Product Manager who understands how to turn customer needs into impactful solutions. With a strong technical foundation, you’re comfortable navigating topics like integrations, APIs, and system interoperability. You thrive in international environments, bringing a natural ability to collaborate across teams, align stakeholders, and drive initiatives forward with clarity and purpose.You have a proven track record that reflects your depth of experience in solution or product management, ideally within the automotive or B2B services industry.What will you do?· Solutions ManagementYou take the lead in shaping our integration solutions for the commercial segment and the franchised dealer segment. Our solutions include custom APIs, which connect to our customers’ systems, and a standard API, which our customers and partners can connect to.
From defining the roadmap and spotting new opportunities to aligning with market trends and customer needs, you collaborate with various business teams such as QC, Auction, and Sales to understand and prioritize requirements.
This requires a close relationship with IT, since you steer their priorities by building strong business cases.
Data quality ownership is also a key responsibility and success factor. In your role, you ensure the quality of customer and partner data, as well as the internal processes of enrichment and cleansing.
You make sure our solutions remain competitive and deliver real value for both customers and business partners.· Tenders & Customer RequestsWorking closely with Sales, you evaluate opportunities, guide bid decisions, and manage the full tender process. You translate customer requests into clear, compelling proposals that highlight our strengths and win business. Once the deal is closed, you ensure a smooth implementation and keep everything up to date.· Implementation & LifecycleYou coordinate testing, monitor daily performance, and manage the full lifecycle of integrations — ensuring everything stays organized, reliable, and customer-focused.RequirementsWho are you?We’re looking for someone who:
  • Holds a master’s degree, or equivalent through experience.
  • Is fluent in English (spoken and written) and has working proficiency in at least one other language relevant to our core markets—such as French, German, Dutch, or Italian.
  • Has a strong background in product or solution management, with a proven track record in managing lifecycles, tenders, and customer-facing integrations.
  • Understands the needs of commercial customers such as leasing companies, rental services, and dealer groups.
  • Has a commercial flair and can translate technical possibilities into customer value. OR translate customer needs into technical requirements.
  • Thrives in a fast-growing, constantly evolving company where innovation and ownership are key.
