You will have an opportunity to work together with our Business, Manufacturing, Planning, Technology and Procurement departments to implement the regional product and asset strategy.
If you are a proactive person with strong analytical skills who is ready to grow in business management area, we are waiting for your application!ResponsibilitiesAs Product Manager for Radcure business area in EMEA region you will:
- Manage the product groups with marginal income and gross profit responsibility, balancing volumes, capacity utilization and pricing
- Facilitate growth of these product lines by working closely with Sales, Technical Service, Research and Development and Operations
- Set pricing in lists, provide guidelines, discuss individual cases and leads price increases
- Lead sustainability for Radcure EMEA business.
- Lead the raw material sourcing together with procurement
- Coordinate sales allocation based on guidance of the business
- Facilitate data exchange between Customer Service, Sales and Planning departments
- Follow and update product price and material cost changes, support price update process
- Maintain product service offerings and assist in sample management process
- Execute detailed cost estimation of new products and implement codification of new materials in SAP system
- Mapping out which raw materials, finished goods to target for lower carbon footprint options/ISCC+ certification, IKEA certification and other
- Master degree in Business, Engineering or Supply Chain area
- Ideally 5 years’ experience in a business, procurement or supply chain related position
- Proactive personality, takes initiative and shares new ideas
- Strong team player spirit with very good communication skills with all levels in the organization, fluent in English (mandatory)
- Strong analytical skills. See the big picture, know when to dive deeper in the details
- Good IT skills (advanced MS Excel skills, SAP experience beneficial)
