As an intern Marketing Assistant you will support the Marketing team on all commercial activities. You will be the central point of contact between the marketing team, the stores and suppliers. Majority of support will be in the organization of in-store marketing activities, next to supporting marketing events and campaigns and project support.

Then our internship opportunity might be something for you!During your internship you will be responsible for the following tasks:
  • Manage and maintain planning and marketing calendars;
  • Coordination of in store communication and material: planning, gathering requirements and specifications, briefing store staff, prepare briefings for suppliers and designers;
  • Placing orders with our existing marketing suppliers and follow up delivery process and quality;
  • Check and coordinate invoices and processing of it;
  • Handle all questions and requests from stores and district managers: linking pin between stores and marketing
Experience, skills and competences
  • You have a background or education in Marketing.
  • You are capable of working with MS Office applications.
  • You are fluent in at least one native language (Dutch/French) and English.
  • You are an excellent communicator on all levels.
  • You have a commercial instinct as well as an affinity with fashion.
  • You work well under pressure, you are flexible and pragmatic.
  • You have an eye for detail.
