Your missionAre you ready to kick-start your career in a high-impact, on-the-road sales role? At Gimber, we’re a growing SME shaking up the retail space with bold flavour and ambition. We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Field Sales Representative to join our team and take charge of the retail landscape in central Flanders (Limburg, Vlaams-Brabant, Oost-Vlaanderen)
This is more than just a sales job – it’s a launchpad for the future: yours and ours.What You’ll Do:
  • As sales is done on the road, you will mainly spend your time actively visiting 40+ retail clients and prospects per week
  • Own your agenda – manage your territory, plan your visits, and prioritize like a pro
  • Drive turnover, product distribution, and impactful local activations
  • Build strong relationships with store teams, decision-makers, and regional partners
  • Hit targets and contribute directly to Gimber’s growth – this is a performance-based role
Your profile
  • A (young) professional in sales, business, or marketing
  • Holding a Master’s degree or able to show strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Highly motivated, organized, and confident working independently
  • Fluent in Dutch, with a good understanding of English
  • Driven by results and deals
  • Eager to grow, and comfortable in a mobile, fast-paced environment
