Entity and activity description
Part of the Smart Innovative Operations (SIO) Performance management team you will work directly under the supervision of the Performance Center Director and in close collaboration with the leadership team members for Energy, Operations and Sales.
Missions and Responsibilities
As part of our Smart & Innovative Operations Center (SIO Center) in Brussels, you will work with senior management and business owners to
- design a new set of KPIs to follow business & operation performance while coordinating some key initiatives to deliver concrete and short term improvements.
- leverage our data, BI & Analytics platform and interviews to deliver your diagnostics.
- Use the LEAN methodology to propose improvement
- animate a project team (while being trained on Agile methodology) to deliver results.
Competencies and Profile
The ideal candidate has a Master degree with orientations in Project Management, Industrial Management, Operations. Dual degree Engineering & Business School/University is a real plus.
