The client is looking for an Account Manager to join his team in Brussels and manage his client portfolio.The Account Manager will be in charge of a portfolio of 60% dutch and 40% french clients. He will:
Manage and grow relationships with existing key accounts
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors
Drive sales targets, volume growth, and market share by executing commercial plans
Lead negotiation of trade terms, pricing, promotions, and listing opportunities
Collaborate closely with marketing, logistics, and product development teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless operations
Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to develop data-driven strategies
Represent the brand at trade fairs, client meetings, and industry events
Key Account ManagementFMCG
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably within FMCG
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric mindset
Analytical and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Fluent in Dutch, English and French (written and spoken) - mandatory
