The client is looking for an Account Manager to join his team in Brussels and manage his client portfolio.The Account Manager will be in charge of a portfolio of 60% dutch and 40% french clients. He will:
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing key accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors
  • Drive sales targets, volume growth, and market share by executing commercial plans
  • Lead negotiation of trade terms, pricing, promotions, and listing opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, logistics, and product development teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless operations
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to develop data-driven strategies
  • Represent the brand at trade fairs, client meetings, and industry events
Key Account ManagementFMCG
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably within FMCG
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric mindset
  • Analytical and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in Dutch, English and French (written and spoken) - mandatory
