Strong people management capabilitiesAmbition to work internationally on projectsCapable of linking with shop floor and board room, team player mentalityAffinity with technologyExperience in manufacturing, maintenance or quality managementDemonstrable experience of Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques, ways of working and their applicationsProject management, presentation and communication skills.
