- Respond to external stakeholder Cyber Security Readiness Questionnaires
- Propose, develop, maintain security policies, guidelines and processes in line with the Group information security strategy
- Organize security awareness training and are the de facto reference for answering internal information security questions
- Managed the ISMS system and keep the content up to date
- Maintain the cyber incident response plan, train the CSIRT and ensure that the CSIRT executes the incident response plan in a correct way
- Ensure that information security receives the necessary attention within the organization and overall compliancy is taken care of
- Perform security risk assessments and follow-up security incidents
- Ensure that you are well informed of new laws and regulations like NIS2 and new threats in the field of cybersecurity. You identify bottlenecks or gaps and propose solutions.
- You have a master's degree in computer science/IT technologies or cyber security
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience of which 5 in Information Security
- You have experience in security and risk management
- You have experience with cyber security frameworks (NIST, CSF, ISO27001, CIS …)
- You have a Cyber security certification or are willing to commit to acquire the ISACA CISM certification
- You are communicative team player and have strong organizational skills
- You are creative, motivated, result-oriented and pragmatic
- You are fluent in English and Dutch. French is a benefit.
