In consultation with the IT Director and Senior Management, you prepare the information security strategy and organize the realization of the security measures. For internal and external stakeholders you are the point of contact in the field of information security.You
  • Respond to external stakeholder Cyber Security Readiness Questionnaires
  • Propose, develop, maintain security policies, guidelines and processes in line with the Group information security strategy
  • Organize security awareness training and are the de facto reference for answering internal information security questions
  • Managed the ISMS system and keep the content up to date
  • Maintain the cyber incident response plan, train the CSIRT and ensure that the CSIRT executes the incident response plan in a correct way
  • Ensure that information security receives the necessary attention within the organization and overall compliancy is taken care of
  • Perform security risk assessments and follow-up security incidents
  • Ensure that you are well informed of new laws and regulations like NIS2 and new threats in the field of cybersecurity. You identify bottlenecks or gaps and propose solutions.
Your profile
  • You have a master's degree in computer science/IT technologies or cyber security
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience of which 5 in Information Security
  • You have experience in security and risk management
  • You have experience with cyber security frameworks (NIST, CSF, ISO27001, CIS …)
  • You have a Cyber security certification or are willing to commit to acquire the ISACA CISM certification
  • You are communicative team player and have strong organizational skills
  • You are creative, motivated, result-oriented and pragmatic
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch. French is a benefit.
