- Disciplined Sales Execution: you optimize the sales processes and structures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. You monitor and enforce the execution of sales action plans.
- Sales Strategy and Leadership: you outline and implement the European sales strategy. You lead and coach the sales team (7 people) fostering a culture of a can do mindset, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Revenue Growth: you identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities in existing market. You establish and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including strategic clients, distributors and partners across Europe.
- Customer and Product Focus: you work closely together with marketing, product development and the customer service teams to ensure excellent product offerings.
- Excellent analytical skills on a master's level. A master's degree in business or a related field is a plus. You have relevant sales management experience, preferably in the construction industry.
- Above all, you have great thinking ability, an analytical mindset. Thinking agility is key.
- You have a proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- You have exceptional leadership skills with the capacity to inspire and manage teams.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You are a team player.
- You show aptitude for data-driven decision-making.
- You are willing to work on-site in the HQ of Zwevegem and are willing to travel at times.
