- You will see bellow a preview of the selected services and the order. Copy the code and paste it directly in the next component, the "Share this job" custom plugin and save.
- Je beheert de dagelijkse organisatie en beschikbaarheden van jouw team (evaluaties, opvolging van doelstellingen en KPI's,..) en zorgt voor een optimaal beheer van het magazijn (voorraad, flow,..)
- Je treedt op als coach en zet fel in op ontwikkeling en autonomie van je medewerkers
- Je creëert een efficiënte werkomgeving waarin veiligheid en kwaliteit voorop staan, Je zorgt ervoor dat eventuele gevaarlijke situaties of moeilijkheden worden gemeld en dat de nodige maatregelen worden genomen om ze te elimineren of te verminderen.
- Je neemt deel aan verbeteringsprojecten en bent kritisch genoeg om bestaande werkprocedures uit te dagen
- Je ontwikkelt en onderhoudt de nodige relaties met interne en externe partijen (Klantendienst, Transportplanning, productiesites, veiligheid, labo, onderhoud,..)
- Je bent gepassioneerd door logistiek en people management
- Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie binnen een warehouse omgeving
- Je haalt energie uit continue verbetering, initieert met plezier nieuwe projecten en brengt deze tot een goed einde.
- Je bent daadkrachtig, georganiseerd en stressbestendig
- Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheidsprocedures;
- Je deinst niet terug om anderen aan te spreken indien procedures niet correct wordt nageleefd
- Je bent heel vlot in het Nederlands en Frans, met goede kennis Engels.
- Ervaring met SAP of ERP systeem is een plus
- Maaltijdcheques (8 €/dag)
- Groeps-, hospitalisatie- en tandverzekering volledig op kosten van Puratos
- 13de en 14de maand
- Minimaal 5 opleidingsdagen per jaar
- Je hebt een grote verantwoordelijkheid binnen je eigen werkdomein
