Contributing to European Initiatives 🏛️: Make a meaningful impact on regional and global challenges.We are seeking a Network Automation Engineer to join our team in Brussels.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain network automation solutions using Python, Ansible, and Terraform.
  • Develop and optimize infrastructure-as-code (IaC) for scalable and reliable network operations.
  • Manage container networking (Kubernetes, Docker) and ensure seamless integration with hybrid cloud environments.
  • Implement network telemetry, monitoring, and analytics for proactive issue resolution.
  • Work with SDN and network virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware NSX, Cisco ACI).
  • Automate configuration management for entreprise networks (device provisioning, compliance, backups).
  • Provide 2nd level incident response and escalate issues to vendors when necessary.
  • Support lifecycle management activities for network services, ensuring efficiency and compliance with best practices.
  • Manage configuration changes and ensure documentation is up to date.
  • Contribute to problem management, including root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance network observability and troubleshooting workflows.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Strong scripting and automation expertise (Python, Ansible, Terraform preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines for network automation.
  • Exposure to DevOps practices (Git, IaC) in networking contexts.
  • Understanding of Kubernetes networking and NSX-T.
  • Proficiency in Ansible, Terraform, GitOps methodologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS/Azure) and hybrid infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of network protocols (BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, TCP/IP) and security best practices.
  • Experience with network monitoring tools.
  • Fluency in English
Nice-to-Have:
  • Certifications: CCNP/CCIE, PCNSE, AWS/Azure Networking, Cisco DevNet, Fortinet NSE 4.
  • Knowledge of API-driven networking.
Other requirements:
  • EU Citizenship.
  • Resident or available to relocate to Belgium.
