Product Manager CoffeeAs a Product Manager, you are responsible for your Product group (coffee), ensuring that our customers can enjoy the correct high-quality services regarding the handling and storage of their goods (coffee) in our warehouses.In this role, you report directly to the CEO, and in that capacity you are part of the Management of Molenbergnatie. You are thus involved in the high level decision-making processes within our organization.ResponsibilitiesAs a Product Manager, you effectively lead your team of customer service representatives and provide a supportive framework. Clear communication, transparent work agreements, and a focus on service quality are primary in that regard.Furthermore, you remain up to date on the interests and needs of our customers. You play an active role in commercial negotiations, operational escalations, and collaborate with the Business Development team to maintain and expand customer relationships. Working on continuous improvement of current Supply Chain services, and having an eye for expansion and innovation, makes you a manager with solid market insight.As a Product Manager, you drive specific policy measures within your department and ensure the proper execution of processes for your Product group across the company. An open collaboration with Operations management, and other stakeholders (QSHE, Finance, ICT, HR, etc.), is therefore front-of-mind for you.What do we look for?You have solid management experience.
