- Be in charge of office and facility management across our diverse locations, creating spaces that inspire creativity, collaboration, and innovation.
- Plan and execute a variety of company events and activities designed to strengthen our culture and nurture connections among team members.
- Champion safety and health initiatives, implementing best practices and policies to ensure a secure and healthy work environment for all.
- Take ownership of People operations, from drafting contracts and letters to managing correspondence and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in office operations and people processes.
- Welcome visitors in a professional, warm and approachable way.

- By prioritising safety and employee well-being, and efficiently managing HR operations, you not only keep the lights on but also help build an environment where everyone feels valued and supported.
- First relevant experience in roles such as office management, facility management, event coordination, HR operations or any related field.
- A natural collaborator with outstanding organisational skills and a knack for juggling multiple priorities with ease.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- A proactive problem solver with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.), quickly adapting to new technologies. .
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Driver's licence (B).
- Service Minded - commitment to providing exceptional service and support to others, both internally and externally.
